The main metal materials our company deals in include: C5191, C5210, C5240, C7025, C7035, C17200, C17410, C1990, YCUT, SUS304, SUS301, SUS316L, etc. Based on the precision materials, we have jointly invested with 6 electroplating factories to develop continuous electroplating for ultra-thin, ultra-thick, and ultra-wide metal sheet rolls. We have achieved electroplating capabilities ranging from 0.009 to 4mm thickness and 1 to 310mm width, and can selectively perform local selective electroplating of nickel (ammonium nickel / black nickel / pearl nickel / chemical nickel), tin (fog tin / bright tin / reflow tin / hot-dip tin), gold, and silver at any position and any pattern. In addition, in 2020, the company purchased fully imported high-precision roll-to-roll etching equipment, which has enabled continuous etching processing of materials without the need for punching positioning holes. The exposure of this project’s vertical alignment accuracy is as high as ±0.005mm, and it can be combined with screen printing, die-cutting, electroplating, laser engraving, stamping and other composite processes for delivery, significantly improving product yield, consistency, and reducing overall costs and delivery cycle!
